Not another crazy quote from Islam Karimov, but rather from his daughter, Gulnara Islomovna Karimova, who is a businesswoman, fashion designer, singer and diplomat. It should be noted that she certainly has made great strides in furthering her father’s cause; she was Permanent Representative of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the United Nations Office in Geneva and is now Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Kingdom of Spain.
